DiTEC Marine Products Trapez Heavy Cut Polishing Pad Buffing Pads and Applicators

The DiTEC Trapez Heavy Cut Polishing Pad is a foam buffing pad made for moderate to high cut correction on boat paint and gelcoat. It suits all modern paint types and gelcoats. It is most often used to correct medium-hard paint. Use it with a dual-action (DA) polisher to remove defects and restore gloss on marine surfaces.

Key Features:

• Heavy cut foam: A firm foam gives the cutting action needed for correction work.
• Made for DA machines: Designed for dual-action (oscillating) polishers.
• One-step capable: Paired with the right polish and matched to paint hardness, it can work as a one-step solution.
• Flexible pairing: DiTEC recommends it with its Heavy Cut polishing compound. It can also be paired with other products, such as DiTEC Medium Cut.
• Durable, cool-running construction: The foam is selected for long pad life, good heat dissipation and good workability of the polishing product.
• Easy to maintain: Clean it during polishing with compressed air or a brush. Rinse it afterward or clean it in a pad washer. A clean pad gives the best finish.

DiTEC Marine Products is known for environmentally conscious boat cleaning, polishing and preservation products. This heavy cut pad is part of the Trapez foam polishing pad range for marine paint and gelcoat correction.
