Sea-Dog Line Quarter-Turn Deck Plate Smooth Finish

The Sea-Dog Line Quarter-Turn Deck Plate gives you a watertight inspection port and storage access hatch (also called a deck plate, deck access plate or twist-out deck plate) for boat decks, hulls and compartments. The smooth lid has a clean, low-profile look. It opens and closes with a simple quarter turn.

Key Features:

• UV-stabilized ABS construction resists sunlight and the harsh marine environment.
• Locking system helps prevent over-tightening, jamming and cross-threading.
• Quarter-turn operation makes it easy to open and close.
• Lubricated gasket with a knife-edge design forms a leak-tested seal.
• Smooth lid finish gives a clean appearance.

Installation and Care:

• Fasteners are not included.
• Use silicone sealant on the hull or deck surface when installing.
• Keep the threads clean with hot, soapy water, and lubricate them with Vaseline or Teflon grease.

Sea-Dog Line is a well-known supplier of marine hardware. This deck plate gives boaters reliable access to storage, wiring, plumbing and bilge areas.
