Solas Aluminum Propeller for Mercury Diameter Pitch Propellers

Solas aluminum propellers for Mercury outboards and MerCruiser sterndrives are replacement boat props. They are made for dependable thrust, good acceleration and efficient cruising. Whether you call it an outboard prop, a boat propeller or a replacement aluminum prop, this line gives Mercury owners a durable, affordable way to replace a worn or damaged propeller.

Key Features:

• Squeeze-cast aluminum construction: Solas uses a squeeze-cast process that makes the aluminum props stronger and tougher than traditional die-cast props.
• Factory-installed rubber cushion hub: The hub is built into the one-piece prop, so there is no separate hub kit to buy or assemble. This helps absorb shock and protect the drivetrain.
• Mercury-specific design: The line is engineered for Mercury and Mariner outboards and MerCruiser drives. Spline counts and hub designs match the gearcase.
• Performance-oriented blade designs: Three- and four-blade options improve acceleration, hole shot and top speed across a range of boat types and applications.
• Thru-hub exhaust: Many models use thru-hub exhaust to help with smooth operation and efficient performance.

Solas was founded in 1985 and is a trusted name in outboard and sterndrive propellers. Choose the diameter and pitch that match your existing propeller and your engine's recommended operating RPM range. Installation uses your existing thrust washer, spacers and attaching hardware.
