Solas Aluminum Propeller for Mercury/Mariner Outboards Propellers

Solas aluminum propellers for Mercury and Mariner outboards are replacement props for restoring or improving your boat's acceleration, midrange power and top-end performance. The line is also sold as outboard prop, boat propeller or replacement aluminum prop. It includes three-blade and four-blade designs. Each one is made with Solas' squeeze-cast aluminum process.

Key Features:

• Squeeze-cast aluminum construction: the process makes the casting dense and nearly non-porous. This gives stronger, tougher blades than traditional die-cast aluminum props.
• Multi-layer painting: superior coatings and a multi-layer paint process help protect against corrosion.
• Through-hub exhaust: a design suited to outboard applications.
• Pressed rubber hub: a traditional rubber hub bushing helps protect the drivetrain.
• Blade options: three-blade props for acceleration and top speed, and four-blade props for hole shot, midrange efficiency, stern lift and handling. Four-blade props are well suited to towing skiers, tubers and wakeboarders.
• Lightweight and durable: aluminum is a good-value alternative to stainless steel for everyday boating, fishing and pontoon use.

Choose the diameter, pitch, rotation and spline count that match your engine and your current propeller. Correct prop selection keeps the engine in its recommended RPM range.
