Seastar Solutions Safe-T II No Feedback Rotary Steering System

The Seastar Solutions Safe-T II No Feedback (NFB) Rotary Steering System is a mechanical boat steering kit for outboard-powered boats. It is the next generation of the Safe-T rotary steering line. It combines a rugged, compact, lightweight helm with SeaStar Solutions No FeedBack technology, which is built into the helm to reduce propeller torque feedback at the steering wheel.

Key Features:

• Patented No FeedBack steering mechanism to reduce prop torque feedback at the wheel
• Quick response: 3 turns lock-to-lock
• Minimal clutch free play for a precise steering feel
• Standard 3/4" round tapered steering shaft
• Stainless steel cable output ends
• Quick Connect (QC) cable for fast, easy installation
• Drop-in replacement for standard Safe-T steering, with no dash modification
• Accepts steering wheels up to 16" in diameter
• Meets A.B.Y.C. standards and N.M.M.A. certification requirements

Application: This is a single-cable system for single-station boats. It suits boats with a single non-power-assisted outboard engine up to V-4 and minimal engine flutter or steering instability.

Kit Contents: Each kit includes a No FeedBack helm, a 90-degree bezel kit, a steering cable, and hardware and instruction sheets.

The Safe-T II system is a dependable, smooth-steering upgrade or replacement for many outboard boats. It is available with different cable lengths, and the replacement cable is the SSC62 series.
