Seastar Solutions Safe-T QC Quick Connect Rotary Steering Kit

The Seastar Solutions Safe-T QC Quick Connect Rotary Steering Kit is a mechanical rotary steering system. It replaces your boat's helm and steering cable in one upgrade. It is designed for sterndrives, inboards and other power-assisted applications. It also suits small outboards where a No Feedback steering system isn't required. The patented Quick Connect (QC) cable connects at the helm without tools, which cuts installation time.

Key Features:

• Three-turn lock-to-lock steering for quick response
• Patented no-tools-required Quick Connect cable connection at the helm
• Standard 3/4" round tapered steering shaft
• Stainless steel cable output ends
• Includes the Safe-T QC helm, 90-degree bezel kit, Quick Connect steering cable, hardware and instructions
• Replaces Safe-T helms made since 1968, usually with little or no dash modification
• Meets A.B.Y.C. standards and N.M.M.A. certification requirements
• Designed and assembled in the USA

The steering wheel and link arm are sold separately. The kit is intended for single-station use. SeaStar Solutions recommends No Feedback steering for dual-cable, non-power-assisted outboards and sterndrives. Choose the cable length that suits your boat.
