Lewmar Anchor Rode Chain Nylon Rope with Shackle

The Lewmar anchor rode (also called an anchor line or chain-and-rope rode) connects your windlass to your anchor. It uses a rope-chain-spliced design with a smooth transition, so the rode feeds through the windlass cleanly. Each rode combines galvanized chain, treated nylon rope and a shackle for the anchor connection.

Key Features:

• High-test G4 chain: welded chain rated to G4 high-test specifications for strength
• Corrosion protection: hot-dip-galvanized chain links help minimize corrosion in marine use
• Even pitch: the chain is calibrated for consistent pitch
• Windlass-grade rope: treated, twisted 3-strand nylon rope
• Smooth transition: the rope-to-chain splice runs smoothly for seamless windlass operation
• Shackle included: gives a secure, convenient anchor attachment point
• Windlass compatibility: designed to fit Lewmar windlasses and rope-chain gypsies

Lewmar offers this anchor rode line in a range of chain and rope configurations, so boaters can match the rode to their vessel and anchoring setup.
