Barton Marine Size Plain Bearing Pulley Block Single Swivel Becket Blocks

Barton Marine plain bearing single swivel becket blocks are lightweight pulley blocks for sailing and general marine rigging. Each block has a single sheave, a swiveling head and an integrated becket. The becket gives you an attachment point for the line's standing end, which is handy for purchase systems, sheet and control line tackles, and lead blocks. These blocks are sold in a range of sizes to suit different line diameters and load requirements.

Key Features:

• Plain bearing sheave: a precision-molded acetal sheave runs on a large-diameter bearing for smooth running under load
• Swivel head: the head turns freely so the block can align with the line and reduce twisting and chafe
• Integrated becket: lets you terminate a line directly on the block when building purchase systems
• Rugged, lightweight construction: molded side plates and marine-grade stainless steel load-bearing components give strength without excess weight (on the larger sizes)
• Versatile use: suited to dinghies, day boats, light cruising yachts and larger yachts, as well as lead blocks, flag halyards and pennants
