KeelShield Boat Keel Guard Protector

The KeelShield Boat Keel Guard Protector (also called a keel protector, keel shield or hull guard) protects your boat's keel from abrasion, scratches and impact damage. It guards against concrete ramps, rocky shorelines, sandbars, shallow water and beaching.

Key Features:

• Urethane construction: Made from urethane polymers to absorb impact and resist wear.
• 5-inch-wide shield: Covers the most vulnerable, constant point of contact on the hull.
• 3M adhesive system: A peel-and-stick installation with no cure time, so you can launch right away.
• DIY installation: Prep, peel and stick.
• Hull compatibility: Works on fiberglass and most aluminum boats.
• No speed penalty: Does not affect boat performance or speed.
• Made in the USA: Designed and manufactured in the United States and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

KeelShield helps prevent costly hull repairs and helps maintain your boat's value. It is available in multiple colors and lengths to suit different boat sizes. Anti-fouling paint must be removed before installation. It is not intended for pontoon boats or for trailers with weight-bearing rollers, bunks or pads that contact the keel guard.
