Uflex Mercury Gen II Steering Cable

The Uflex Mercury Gen II control cable (also called a shift and throttle cable or engine control cable) connects Mercury Generation II series remote controls to the engine. It gives boaters smooth, precise shift and throttle response, and it is available in a range of lengths to suit different boat layouts.

Key Features:

• Made for Mercury and MerCruiser engines and Mercury Generation II series controls
• Heavy-duty 18 laywire conduit for long life, high efficiency and smooth operation
• Reduced bend radius suits long or complex cable runs and tight routing
• High-resistance blue outer jacket protects against abrasion, UV and chemicals
• Stainless steel cable end fittings resist corrosion in marine environments
• Maintenance-free design
• Suitable for outboard, inboard and sterndrive applications

Uflex cables are built around a core and conduit design that cuts lost motion and keeps control feel accurate over the life of the cable. Choose the length that matches your installation by measuring the cable route from the control to the engine connection.
