Barton Marine Single Fixed Eye Block Size Sheave

The Barton Marine Single Fixed Eye Block is a single-sheave pulley block with a fixed eye. It is used for lead lines, halyards, sheets and control lines on sailboats, dinghies, day boats and larger yachts. The fixed eye lets you shackle or lash the block directly to a fixed point. Barton Marine offers the line in several sheave sizes, so you can match the block to your rope and load.

Key Features:

• Single sheave design: one sheave redirects a line with minimal friction.
• Fixed eye mounting: attaches to a deck fitting, padeye, spar or rigging point.
• Plain bearing construction: a precision-moulded acetal sheave runs on a large-diameter brass bearing, so it turns freely under high loads.
• Strong, lightweight build: the design is lightweight and modern. Some blocks in the range have an internal steel frame for added strength and durability.
• Range of sizes: Barton Marine makes the range in multiple sheave sizes for different rope diameters and working loads.

Barton Marine is an established marine hardware brand. These blocks suit a wide range of craft, from small dinghies to cruising yachts. Check the specifications of the size you choose for its rope diameter, safe working load and breaking load.
