Trident Marine Stainless Steel Constant Torque Hose Clamp Band ID

Trident Marine Stainless Steel Constant Torque Hose Clamps are marine-grade hose clamps (also called constant tension or worm gear clamps) built to keep a hose connection tight as temperature and pressure change. Rubber hose tends to compress, or cold flow, after a clamp is tightened. A standard clamp can loosen as a result. This line is designed to compensate for that movement.

Key Features:

• Constant torque design: A Belleville spring washer assembly lets the clamp adjust its diameter as the hose and fitting expand and contract. This helps it hold clamping force through heat and cold cycles.
• 304 stainless steel band and housing: Corrosion-resistant construction suited to marine and other demanding environments.
• 401 stainless steel Belleville washers and screw: Spring washers and screw are also stainless for durable, long-lasting tension.
• Band ID sizing: Each clamp is offered in a range of sizes matched to hose inside diameter, so you can select the one that fits your hose and fitting.
• Versatile use: Well suited to engine hoses, cooling and water lines, and other hose connections that see temperature swings.

Trident Marine supplies hose, clamps and fittings for the boating industry. These constant torque clamps give boaters and technicians a dependable way to secure hose connections, with less need for re-tightening after the hose settles.
