Swift Kompany Breaker Ser A

The Swift Kompany Breaker Ser A line is a family of 87 Series surface mount circuit breakers (also called marine circuit breakers or DC circuit breakers). They protect electrical circuits from short-circuit events and over-current loads. This helps prevent wire insulation from overheating and being destroyed.

Key Features:

• Dual function: automatic circuit protection and manual on/off switching in one compact unit
• High voltage rating: rated to 48 VDC, so it suits 12 and 24 VDC systems and also protects 36 and 48 VDC systems
• IP66 sealing: sealed against dust and water intrusion for dependable protection over the life of the installation
• High endurance: 2,000 electrical and manual switching cycles at full current
• High interrupt current: helps protect circuits connected to large paralleled battery banks
• High-visibility ON/OFF controls and reinforced mounting tabs for long-term structural reliability
• Temperature rating: high-temperature rated for all installation locations

The breakers also let you isolate and maintain load circuits. Their switching and built-in protection let you mount them next to battery systems, wherever the batteries are located. They suit marine, RV and other 12 to 48 VDC power systems. Choose the variant that matches your circuit's amperage requirement.
