Seastar Solutions Safe-T QC Quick-Connect Rotary Steering Cable

The Seastar Solutions Safe-T QC Quick-Connect Rotary Steering Cable is a mechanical boat steering cable. It is built for Safe-T QC rotary helms and is sold in several lengths. SeaStar Solutions was formerly Teleflex Marine. The cable replaces the factory steering cable, or the cable in a Safe-T rotary steering system, on power-assisted sterndrive and inboard boats. It is also used on smaller outboard boats.

Key Features:

• Quick-connect design: A snap-in connection at the helm means the cable installs without tools.
• Corrosion-resistant construction: Stainless steel output ends help the cable hold up in saltwater and other harsh marine conditions.
• Smooth, precise response: A tightly controlled core-to-conduit fit gives responsive steering with low friction.
• Durable jacket: The outer jacket resists abrasion and water intrusion.
• Certified: Meets ABYC safety standards and NMMA certification requirements.
• Made in the USA: Designed and assembled in the United States.

This cable works with Safe-T QC rotary helms and helps give the quick, three-turn lock-to-lock steering feel that system is known for. It suits owners who are replacing a worn cable or upgrading an older steering setup.
