Moeller Below Deck Fuel Tank Cross-Linked Polyethylene

Moeller below deck fuel tanks are permanent marine fuel tanks, also called below deck permanent fuel tanks or boat fuel tanks. They are made for installation below deck on gasoline and diesel boats. Each tank is rotationally molded from cross-linked polyethylene plastic. This allows complex shapes that conventional aluminum and metal tanks can't easily match.

Key Features:

• Cross-linked polyethylene construction: The seamless, one-piece shell resists corrosion and pitting. It is also resistant to ethanol-enhanced fuel.
• Fuel compatibility: Suited for gasoline and diesel. The tanks are ethanol and biodiesel compliant.
• Molded-in fittings: Machined aluminum Hose Tite fill, withdraw and vent fittings are molded directly into the tank shell. The fittings are designed to give high flow during refueling.
• Swivel withdraw fitting: The machined aluminum 3/8" withdraw fitting rotates 360 degrees, which makes hook-up easier.
• Electrical sending unit: Each tank is designed to work with industry-standard dash-mounted fuel gauges.
• Hold-down grooves: Grooves are molded into the shell so the tank can be secured firmly, even in rough conditions.
• Non-permeable shell: The shell does not leach fumes into the boat interior.
• Regulatory compliance: Tanks conform to ABYC, NMMA and U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

Moeller below deck tanks are a durable, corrosion-resistant choice for boat builders and for owners replacing a permanent fuel tank. Choose the capacity that fits your installation from the available variants.
