Weigh Safe Adjustable Ball Mount 8 Inch Drop Hitch

The Weigh Safe Adjustable Ball Mount 8 Inch Drop Hitch is an adjustable drop hitch (trailer hitch ball mount) with a built-in tongue weight scale. It has an 8-inch drop, and you can also use it in the rise position. That lets you match your tow vehicle to trailers of different coupler heights.

Key Features:

• Built-in tongue weight scale: The scale gives a reading each time you couple the trailer. You can adjust the load before you tow, and you don't need a separate commercial scale.
• Adjustable height: The ball mount adjusts in 1-inch increments. This helps you level the trailer.
• Solid billet aluminum construction: The shank and mounting platform are made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. A solid block is stronger than a hollow steel mount, and it stays lighter.
• Stainless steel tow balls: The mount uses swappable stainless steel balls.
• Secure locking pin system: The mount has a dual-pin key lock assembly and a 5/8-inch hitch pin hole.
• Certified: Weigh Safe lists the design as V5 and J684 certified.

Weigh Safe makes towing products built around tongue weight monitoring. This ball mount suits towing work on the farm, at a job site, or for recreation. It also helps you keep tongue weight in the recommended range of your gross trailer weight.
