Shields Hose Series 200 Marine Exhaust Hose

The Shields Hose Series 200 Marine Exhaust Hose is a no-wire marine exhaust and water hose. It is made for boat wet exhaust systems and engine water lines. It is made from black, heavy-walled synthetic rubber. Use it in straight runs and gentle curves where wire support isn't needed.

Key Features:

• Meets SAE J2006 Type R1 and has double the ozone resistance that standard requires
• Reinforced with premium synthetic cord fabric plies for strength and a long service life
• Heavy-wall construction resists clamp-point wear, compression and engine vibration
• Resists engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and salt water
• Temperature range of -20°F to +200°F continuous, with intermittent exposure up to +250°F

Typical Applications:

• Wet exhaust connections
• Engine water circulation lines
• Heat exchanger connections
• Heavy-duty discharge lines

This is a no-wire hose. Choose a wire-reinforced hose for high-vacuum or crush-prone installations.
