Sierra Battery Isolator

The Sierra Battery Isolator line gives boaters a dependable way to charge more than one battery from a single alternator. Each isolator is a diode-style battery isolator, also called a battery charge isolator. It sends charging current from the alternator to each battery bank. It also keeps the batteries separate, so running accessories or draining the house battery will not discharge the starting battery.

Key Features:

• Isolates the starting battery from the house or auxiliary batteries while charging them all
• Solid-state design with no moving parts to wear out
• Built for marine and other 12-volt DC charging systems
• Works with a single alternator charging multiple batteries
• Available in several amperage ratings and battery-bank configurations to suit different charging systems

Sierra is a well-known supplier of marine engine parts and electrical components. A Sierra battery isolator helps keep the engine-starting battery charged and ready. It also lets you run electronics, lighting, and other onboard accessories from a separate battery. Choose the variant that matches your alternator output and the number of batteries you need to charge.
