Pacer Performance Violet Marine Primary Wire 100 Foot

Pacer Performance marine primary wire is tinned copper boat wire for DC electrical circuits in marine environments. It is sold on a 100 foot roll. It is used for general boat wiring, accessory hookups, lighting and electronics. Tinned copper primary wire is also called marine primary wire, tinned marine wire or boat wire.

Key Features:

• Tinned copper conductor: Type III annealed, finely stranded tinned copper (ASTM B172 Class K). The tinning resists corrosion and extends wire life, and the fine stranding keeps the wire flexible.
• Flexible PVC insulation: Color-coded PVC insulation is rated from -20°C to 105°C. It resists acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil and moisture.
• 600-volt rating: Suitable for general-purpose DC wiring on boats.
• Standards compliance: Pacer states that the wire meets or exceeds UL 1426 BC-5W2, U.S.C.G. 33 CFR Part 183 and ABYC E-11 requirements.
• Made in the USA: Built for durability and long service life in harsh marine conditions.
• Color coding: Color-coded insulation helps identify circuits during installation and service.

The wire is flexible enough to route through tight spaces and tie into a knot without damage. This makes installation easier for boat builders, marine technicians and DIY boaters. Pacer's marine wire is recommended for saltwater environments.
