PropGlide Prop & Running Gear Foul-Release Coating Kit

The PropGlide Prop & Running Gear Foul-Release Coating Kit is a biocide-free propeller coating system. It is also called a prop foul-release coating or propeller and running gear coating. Applied to your propeller(s) and running gear, it creates a super slick surface that helps keep marine growth from attaching for extended periods. That helps improve vessel performance and fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Foul-release, not antifouling: Growth has trouble attaching to the slick surface, so props and running gear stay cleaner.
• Reduces drag: Even light fouling can slow a prop. A clean surface helps you reach higher RPM and vessel speed.
• Improved fuel efficiency: Clean props and running gear put less load on the engine, so less fuel is burned.
• Biocide-free and environmentally friendly: It contains no harmful biocides. It works through a slick surface, not a toxic one.
• Multi-part coating system: Each kit contains a primer base, a primer hardener and a clear topcoat.
• DIY-friendly: It is designed to be easy to apply for do-it-yourselfers as well as professional applicators.

PropGlide kits are offered in several sizes. This lets boaters, from sailboat owners to larger powerboat owners, choose the kit that suits their propeller and running gear. Use it to keep underwater drive components cleaner and more efficient.
