Product Details

Shields Hose Exoflex Water/Exhaust Hose is a flexible marine hose for carrying engine cooling water and exhaust gas. It is used for wet exhaust connections, engine intake lines and scupper lines on boat engines and pleasure craft. Its corrugated design bends easily around tight turns, so it suits runs with significant bends.

Key Features:

  • Black synthetic rubber (EPDM) cover that resists heat, salt water, ozone and abrasion
  • Reinforced with synthetic plies and steel wire helices for strength and kink resistance
  • Very flexible, with a bend radius of 1.5 x the inside diameter
  • Tighter corrugations help you find the right spot for the hose clamp
  • Meets SAE J2006 R2 and is LLOYD Registered Type Approved
  • Temperature range of -22°F to 212°F, with a peak of 239°F

Exoflex hose is built for the heat, vibration and salt water of marine exhaust and cooling systems. It is a dependable choice for new installations and for replacing old hose.
