The Duramax Marine Johnson Cutless naval brass sleeve bearing (also called a cutlass bearing or water-lubricated shaft bearing) supports a propeller shaft in a boat's strut or stern tube. Each bearing has a machined, polished naval brass shell and a bonded nitrile rubber liner.
