Swift Kompany 7025 Sealed Contactor 100A 24V Side Mount

The Swift Kompany 7025 is a hermetically sealed 100 amp, 24V DC contactor (heavy-duty relay) for remote switching of high-current engine and auxiliary loads. Using a contactor lets you avoid long, heavy cable runs to manual switches. That cuts installation cost and weight in marine, RV, truck and off-road electrical systems.

• Rating: 100 A continuous current, 24V version with a 16-28 Vdc control voltage range
• Sealed construction: Hermetically sealed against dust and moisture, with IP67 / IP6K9K ingress protection
• Ignition protected: Meets ISO-8846 and UL 1500, so it is safe in closed compartments where explosive gases may be present
• Switching endurance: 100,000 cycles at 100A / 14V and 6,000 cycles at 100A / 350V
• High interrupt capability: Can open a locked-starter condition of up to 1,250 A at 14 Vdc
• Operating temperature: -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F), suitable for engine compartment use
• Materials: Silver-plated copper terminals, UL 94 V0 nylon housing, and 18-8 stainless self-locking hardware
• Terminals and mounting: M5-0.8 terminal studs (maximum torque 40 in-lbs / 4.5 N-m) and side-mount #8 / M4 mounting holes
• Coil power draw: 6.0 watts nominal

This contactor can switch higher-voltage loads, up to 48 V and beyond. It has no auxiliary contacts. The 7026 is the version with auxiliary contacts for remote on/off status indication.
