Engine failure due to oil pump driveshaft breakage is a common problem, especially with increased capacity oil pumps or heavy viscosity lubricants. ARP's extra heavy-duty shaft eliminates this risk with superior materials and engineering.

Ford Applications: Made from ARP2000 material and heat-treated to an impressive 220,000 psi tensile strength. The hex drive is precision CNC milled rather than broached for superior accuracy and strength. Includes pre-installed retaining washer.
