Ancor 189146 Battery Cable Assembly 2 AWG 48" with 5/16" Studs Black

The Ancor 189146 is a marine-grade battery cable assembly featuring premium 2 AWG (34mm²) tinned copper wire with 5/16" (7.93mm) stud terminals on both ends. This 48-inch (121.9cm) black cable is engineered specifically for harsh marine environments where reliability and corrosion resistance are critical.

Premium Construction Features:

• Fine-stranded tinned copper wire for maximum conductivity and flexibility
• UL1426 rated marine-grade cable construction
• Tinned copper lugs resist corrosion and provide long-lasting connections
• Flame retardant and UV inhibited jacket protects against environmental damage
• Rated for 600V and 105°C continuous operation
• Adhesive-lined 3:1 heat shrink tubing seals each connection against moisture intrusion

Each cable assembly is professionally terminated with heat shrink tubing that provides both a watertight seal and strain relief at the connection points. The fine-strand construction ensures the cable remains flexible even in cold conditions while maintaining excellent electrical performance. The tinned copper components throughout the assembly provide superior corrosion resistance compared to bare copper, making this cable ideal for boats, RVs, and other applications where moisture and salt exposure are concerns.
