I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity

Although there was a mix up with the shipping on my order customer service was helpful and expedited the solution and made it worth my trouble. I will be keeping Autoplicity in mind for any other parts I might need for my Jeep.

The shipping was fast, although I couldn't get it the first day because they require signature for delivery. I guess it's an added safety measure. Thank you! Will shop buy from again!
