Faria Instruments 32812 Euro Black 4" Speedometer 80 MPH Mechanical Pitot

The Faria Euro Black 32812 is a 4-inch mechanical speedometer designed for marine applications, featuring a perimeter-lighted black dial with bold white graphics and a sleek black aluminum bezel. This gauge uses pitot tube technology to accurately measure boat speed up to 80 MPH.

How It Works:

Pitot tube speedometers operate by measuring water pressure forced into the pitot tube as your vessel moves. This pressure transmits through flexible tubing to the bourdon tube movement inside the speedometer, where it's converted into an accurate speed reading. Note that the pitot tube is sold separately.
