The Faria Chesapeake Black SS 4" Tachometer is designed for all outboard engines with a 7000 RPM range. This premium marine gauge features a perimeter-lighted black dial with stylish blue and white graphics, a polished stainless steel bezel, contoured white pointer, and domed anti-scratch glass lens for durability in harsh marine environments.

How It Works:

This electronic tachometer operates by counting pulses generated by your engine's ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. Simply connect to +12VDC, ground, and your signal source, then set the selector switch on the back to match your engine's pulse configuration. The tachometer automatically calculates RPM based on the pulses received per engine revolution.
