This 5-foot version is suited for boats up to 16 feet in length and measures 5 inches wide. The KeelGuard is compatible with fiberglass boats and select aluminum boats. It is not recommended for boats with raised, reinforced, or squared-off keel ribs, pontoon tubes, or kayaks and canoes made from low-surface-energy plastics.
