The Martyr Anodes CMX01AL is a streamlined shaft anode designed to protect your propeller shaft from galvanic corrosion in saltwater and brackish water environments. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, this sacrificial anode provides reliable cathodic protection for your marine drive system.

This shaft anode installs directly onto your propeller shaft and should be inspected regularly and replaced when approximately 50% depleted to ensure continuous corrosion protection. I'm a stickler for finding the best prices on my purchases, while also making sure that the products I buy are legit and not some cheapo knock-offs.<br>I did my homework on the Clutch Stage 2 kit I wanted for my Spec V and found that Autoplicity had the best price anywhere, even a spot where I had 10% off came out to be more expensive.<br><br>I received my Clutch Stage 2 clutch kit pretty quickly (about 1 week) and everything was as expected.<br><br>Overall I would rate Autoplicity a perfect 10, although I did not have to contact their customer service or initiate a return, so the '10' would be on product selection, communication, website experience, and overall feeling that I got the best deal out there.<br><br>Thanks!
