The Quicksilver 864920A02 Fresh Water Closed Cooling (FWC) Kit is a genuine OEM Mercury/MerCruiser assembly kit designed to convert or service a MerCruiser sterndrive engine to a closed cooling system. Closed cooling systems protect the engine by circulating fresh water coolant through the block rather than raw (salt or lake) water, dramatically reducing internal corrosion and extending engine life.

This kit replaces legacy part numbers 864920A 1 and 864895A1, making it the current OEM-specified replacement for those earlier assemblies.

using amazon pay is easy I was not able to track the UPS shipment until the day of delivery. Maybe the number did not scan correctly at the time of shipment. Customer service did show it was shipped on time, and it arrived quickly.

Couldnt find the item by navigating the page, had to google search it then it came up, but otherwise easy purchase.
