Sea Hawk Smart Solution is the most advanced antifouling technology available today, delivering powerful protection without the environmental impact of traditional copper-based bottom paints. This innovative formula combines pharmaceutical grade biocide ECONEA (Tralopyril) to control hard growth while remaining completely metal-free.

Advanced Bio-Mimetic Technology:

Within days of launching, the coating creates a living surface similar to the mucoprotein protective slime coat that covers fish scales and skin, acting as a defense against invasion by bacterial, parasitic and fungal pathogens. This slick film encapsulates the hull, providing enhanced speed and antifouling protection. The slick film also allows any soft growth to be easily cleaned off with just a garden hose or gentle underwater scrubbing.

• Application methods: brush, 3/8" nap solvent-resistant roller, airless or conventional spray
• Theoretical coverage: 288 sq ft per gallon with 3 coats recommended
• Volume solids: 63% ±2%
• Thinner: Seahawk 2033 or 2035 Thinner
• Application temperature: 50°F minimum

This white quart container provides approximately 72 square feet of coverage with three coats. As with virtually all ablative paints, the more the boat is used the better Smart Solution performs, making it ideal for active vessels in saltwater environments.
