The SeaStar Solutions CCX20532 is a premium 32-foot TFXtreme control cable designed specifically for BRP/OMC/Johnson/Evinrude marine engines from 1979 to current. This high-performance cable features a patented splined core design that delivers smoother operation with minimum lost motion, making it ideal for complex and long cable runs.

Construction and Materials:

• 1x13 wire core for exceptional strength and flexibility, even under heavy loads
• Nylon core coating for smooth action and extended service life
• Long-wearing HDPE liner that is ultra-smooth and lubricated for life
• 0.033-inch oil-tempered lay wires for superior strength and performance
• 0.34-inch super tough HDPE outer jacket providing ultimate protection against UV rays, chemicals, and weather

Applications: This cable is a direct replacement for OMC 479 Premium cables and fits 1979-date BRP/OMC/Johnson/Evinrude with BRP/OMC controls, as well as OMC Turbo Jets with OMC side mount controls that accept the OMC "snap in" type cable. The TFXtreme design exceeds engine manufacturer specifications and features a 4-inch minimum bend radius. Note that connection kits may be required on some engines.
