The Sherwood G9903 is a pedestal-mounted raw water engine cooling pump designed specifically for OMC and Volvo Penta 4-cylinder marine engines. This genuine Sherwood pump uses raw water intake (river water or sea water) to cool the engine, delivering reliable performance in demanding marine environments.

Important Maintenance Note: The Sherwood engine cooling pump impeller should be replaced every 3-12 months depending on application. The flexible impeller generates high rubbing friction and must be lubricated by the pumped liquid to prevent rapid degradation. Always prime the pump on initial start-up to prevent dry-running.
