Product Details

The Sierra 18-7630 is a replacement throttle position sensor (TPS) engineered for MerCruiser stern drive and inboard marine engines. The throttle position sensor communicates throttle valve angle to the engine control module, enabling precise fuel delivery and smooth engine performance on Throttle Body Injection (TBI) and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) equipped engines. This Sierra sensor is a direct, plug-and-play replacement using a 3-wire connector that matches the original factory harness — no wiring modifications required.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for OEM throttle position sensors on GM-based marine engines
  • Compatible with GM V-6 and V-8 small block and big block EFI engines (305, 350, 454 & 502 CID)
  • Designed for Throttle Body Injection (TBI) GM applications — 1994 and newer
  • 3-wire connector for direct plug-in installation
  • Will NOT fit LT1 engine applications

OEM Cross-Reference Part Numbers:

  • MerCruiser / Quicksilver: 805226A1
  • Crusader: 47032, R020040
  • Volvo Penta: 3855184
  • Mallory: 9-33701

Quick web site. I hope you can ship on Tues so I can get it on Thurs. Thanks!!!!

Found the items right away and it was a great price.

It was easy to order and the truck bed extender we bought was the lowest price we could find! However, the shipping charge was higher than what was posted on the comparison sight. Nevertheless, it still came in under the next highest price from a different vendor.

Easy site to work with, good representation of products.Extremely fair prices.

You have what I need.

EXCELENT PRICE,FAST SHIPING!!! VERY SATISFIED THANKS ROD.<br>
