Product Details

The Sierra 18-7757 is a high-quality replacement throttle position sensor (TPS) designed for Volvo Penta marine engines. This precision sensor monitors the throttle valve position and sends accurate signals to the engine control unit, ensuring optimal engine performance, fuel efficiency, and smooth throttle response.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for Volvo Penta OEM part number 3855296
  • Compatible with Mercury Marine part number 803148
  • Precision-engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Durable construction for reliable performance in marine environments
  • Critical component for proper engine management and diagnostics

This throttle position sensor is an essential component of your marine engine's electronic fuel injection system. A faulty TPS can cause poor idle quality, hesitation during acceleration, reduced fuel economy, and diagnostic trouble codes. The Sierra 18-7757 ensures your engine receives accurate throttle position data for optimal performance across all operating conditions.

What a great company. 1st time buyer and very happy with Price, service, and shipping. Answered emails personally vs. a computer response. A++++ Will buy from in the future.

Quick easy simple

The application will work but I have to modify it slightly as the bolt circle in a little undersized for my application.

Good company to deal with, will gladly do business here again.
