Product Details

The Sierra 18-7638 is a precision remanufactured 600 CFM Holley 4-barrel (4V) carburetor with side inlet configuration and electric choke, engineered specifically for marine applications. Sierra carburetors are precision remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications and have been re-calibrated and re-engineered to maximize fuel efficiency and performance.

Key Features:

  • 600 CFM flow rating — Holley 4V (4-barrel) configuration with side inlet
  • Electric choke for reliable cold starts and consistent performance
  • Flow tested throughout the entire throttle range to verify proper operation right out of the box
  • Fuel mixture and idle settings are pre-set to ensure that only minor idle and choke adjustments are necessary during installation
  • All bases are resurfaced and throttle shaft bushings are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process
  • Base gasket is included
  • Carefully selected cores are brought back to exacting OEM specifications
  • Backed by Sierra's comprehensive warranty

Sierra's marine-grade remanufacturing process ensures each carburetor delivers dependable, out-of-the-box performance with minimal setup time — making the 18-7638 an ideal direct replacement for worn or failed Holley 4-barrel marine carburetors.
