Product Details

The Sierra MP28860 is a replacement safety lanyard designed for emergency engine cut-off switches on Yamaha outboard motors. This critical safety device instantly kills the engine ignition when the lanyard is pulled, preventing runaway boats if the operator falls overboard or is thrown from the helm.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with conventional and magneto ignition systems
  • Moisture-resistant seal protects electrical connections
  • Easy reconnection design for quick attachment
  • Direct replacement for Yamaha OEM lanyards
  • Essential safety equipment for all boat operators

This lanyard attaches to the operator's wrist or life jacket and connects to the engine's kill switch. When pulled free, it immediately stops the engine, making it an essential piece of safety equipment for solo boaters and high-performance applications.

I recently ordered 2 autometer gauges for my truck from Autoplicity. The order arrived 3 days later on my door step. The gauges are beautiful and I cant wait to install them.. Thanks Autoplicity!

Goo . Service

Had a great price on the parts that I wanted, informed me immediately that the products were back ordered from the manufacturer, and wanted to know if I wanted the parts dropped shipped from the manufacturer or what. They said if I wanted to wait it would take around 2 weeks to ship, they arrived in a week.
