Springfield Marine 1602016 Taper-Lock Power-Rise Stand-Up Seat Pedestal 2-3/8" Brite Dip

The Springfield Marine 1602016 is a Taper-Lock Power-Rise Stand-Up Pedestal designed for marine seating applications. Featuring a compressed gas-powered stainless steel cylinder, this pedestal delivers smooth, effortless height adjustment with a Brite Dip aluminum finish built to withstand the marine environment.

The patented Taper-Lock™ system uses a slightly tapered post end with a Delrin bushing that mates precisely with a matching taper in the floor base socket, allowing the pedestal to seat snugly and securely while still disengaging quickly when needed. A built-in locking tab prevents unwanted rotation in the base, keeping your seating position locked in place.
