As reported to Dawn in Customer Service: [1] Fedex bungled the delivery, letting the package sit for 3 rainy days outdoors in an unused area of the property and [2] the mufffler had a 1.5" inward dent. I provided 4 pictures and a full account of the 2 issues and asked for a cordial settlement in the form of an unspecified refund proportionate with those issues. Instead, I received an near-full refund. I was so impressed, I called and thanked Dawn for the exemplary handling of the matter. I gave a technical 3-star rating in regard to the product's condition. More importantly and except for that, I gave a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you.
