The Rule Industries 35A Rule-A-Matic is an automatic float switch designed to control submersible bilge pumps drawing up to 14 amps at 12V, 24V, or 32V DC. This reliable bilge pump switch automatically turns the pump on when water reaches 2 inches and shuts it off when the level drops to 3/4 inch, providing hands-free bilge management for any marine application.

Last pump I purchased was defective but I chased the problem in the truck for a long time until I discovered it was a defective pump I purchased and the warranty had run out by that time. It was not purchased from you. Please follow up and I will let you know if tthe pump fixed the problem.
