I'm a new customer to Autoplicity and I just bought a Thule Bicycle Rack for a great price!! Autoplicity had a great price that didn't even compare to other websites prices. The shipping is super fast and it was in great packaging and shape when I received the bike rack. Thanks and I will definitely shop at Autoplicity again! Highly recommend!!

Ordered a Thule ski rack. Best price on the web. Prompt delivery as promised, however, did not get shipping email and tracking no until after delivery was already made. The customer service that I experienced trying to get info on delivery was less than desirable. Four stars o ly.

Great Clutch kit I got, did have to contact customer sevice to see if my item shipped but was very nice about it. I would do business with them again. Item shipped quickly. Great price to.

I ordered a pair of products from Autoplicity and one of them was defective. It was no fault of there's and they handled it with a return postage slip and immediate credit on my card. Very nice to deal with and fast service.
