I was skeptical about Autoplicity since I hadn't heard of them before, and that their price was 12% lower than anyplace else I could find. Plus, I couldn't even find a store around here that carried the X-jack. Plus I got it delivered right This my door fast. You people are Excellent!

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me. I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site. To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted. I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!! I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
