Really disappointed with the customer service on the phone. The agent was barely audible and quite un-professional, it took 15 minutes just for her to figure out want I wanted to order even though I clearly stated the SKU for her quite a few times. After dealing with her she transferred me to a sales agent who understood exactly what I wanted, why did I even talk to her, she was no help.
