Product reviews for T & R Marine TE-218 Transom Elevator 14 Inch Wide Outboard Motor Spacer

Never actually used the item. Tried to cancel item before it was shipped. Was shipped anyway. Returned the item and was charged 44% fee which is $115 for a $263 item. Called multiple times. Was told by two different representatives that the manager would contact me, but never did. Last time I tried to call I was hold for 20 minutes got down to caller number 2 and was hung up on. Seems like they are only open a couple days a week. So, item is probably ok, but boatplicity is sketchy at best. I never really complain, but this really rubbed me the wrong way.
