The problem I had was no tracking info or shipping notice was ever sent. The item arrived quickly but because no shipping notice was sent I became concerned that there was a problem with my order. BTW: the product I received worked great.

Thank You! I hope they will not melt down during shipping from this HEAT. I live in Texas and it has gotten HOT. Also I hope UPS or FedX do NOT throw these babies around like they sometimes do. Thanks again.
