So far, ordering process is going good, easy.
After placing my order, which as I previously stated, was easy and a fairly good process, I was worried. After about 2 weeks, my order had not arrived. I had attempted a few times to track my order using the provided information on my order confirmation email. However, my attempts fell short, as the tracking number listed was not the right one. To my dismay, I decided to just wait a couple more days. Then, when no package arrived, I decided to contact customer service. As I am a stay at home parent, with a 4 year old boy and a few nieces and nephews that I also help care for, it was at night that I sent my email. First thing in the morning I had received a reply. I was very pleased with the customer service!!!!! =) I explained my situation. The customer service representative responded that they would investigate as to what had happened and to retrieve the proper tracking information. Within a few hours, I received another email, with the right information!!!
All in all, there were problems with the local FedEx delivery man...not with Autoplicity!! I had an extremely good experience I should say! Thank you very much for that!
