Some parts have very limited information such as left or right or if ball joint is included and so on, other than that the prices and shipping seem fair and the web site is easy to navigate. Thanks Dave

I ordered the part on Wednesday and paid for two-day expedited shipping. When the part still had not shipped by COB the next day, I called and cancelled the order since it would not arrive in time. The customer service person I spoke to said she had cancelled the order but I received the part the following Monday. #not happy with slow shipping.
