Finding the part, and ordering it was great.
But UPS dropped the otherwise phenomenal ball...
Ordered the item on Wednesday... got it the next MONDAY. I ordered it Second Day Air. Then I find out, "Oh, it's Second BUSINESS Day Air... we don't work on weekends."
Well, it was a critical auto part, that's why I ordered it Second Day Air... but they were unconcerned.
If I were to order from here again it would only be if I could choose some other option of delivery, like USPS... they actually DO deliver on the weekends.

Easy to order. Immediate confirmation w/details, including shipping info. Great price and great service. I ordered a couple oil filters for my motorcycle (KN204) and the price was 60% of what I often pay from moto-specific web vendors. I took a chance and came up a winner.

Unfortunately the items I received had major quality issues. I will be contacting Autoplicity to try and get the issues resolved. The only reason I am posting this review is so it stops bugging me to do this survey. I found multiple damaged items, and 1 piece that had no holes drilled in it at all. One tube is very dented. Instructions are less than helpful with almost no instruction at all. They just say bolt together the way the pictures show.
