I'm a stickler for finding the best prices on my purchases, while also making sure that the products I buy are legit and not some cheapo knock-offs.<br>I did my homework on the Clutch Stage 2 kit I wanted for my Spec V and found that Autoplicity had the best price anywhere, even a spot where I had 10% off came out to be more expensive.<br><br>I received my Clutch Stage 2 clutch kit pretty quickly (about 1 week) and everything was as expected.<br><br>Overall I would rate Autoplicity a perfect 10, although I did not have to contact their customer service or initiate a return, so the '10' would be on product selection, communication, website experience, and overall feeling that I got the best deal out there.<br><br>Thanks!

Autoplicity cares about there customers. I ordered a flash programmer and got to the last page and never got a confirmation of the order. I used the website chat and talked to somebody about it right away. So I ordered again and got a conformation. But both went though. Autoplicity called me next day a.m. to see if I made a mistake. Thanks for letting me know and correcting to one order. Saved me from shipping back a product I dind't need.
